Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, Cape Cod is a gorgeous resort that has privately owned condominiums spread throughout 400 acres of beautifully landscaped land. With multiple pools, tennis, golf, kids activities, the beach, access to the Cape Cod rail trail there is always something to keep you busy. If you are not able to use the condo yourself they make excellent rental properties. The typical rental season is 8 weeks, July and August, but some owners more aggressive with pricing and condition get more weeks. A membership to the Ocean Edge Club is required to use the facilities.
