Ocean Edge Resort in Beautiful Brewster, Ma is a gorgeous property consisting of many different styles of condominiums offering a great second home real estate market. Property values over the last few years have come down dramatically from it's peak and as a result have seen a lot of new investors purchase a condominium. There have been 22 sales in just the last 6 months which is a pretty good number all things considered. The inventory in Ocean Edge Villages side is pretty low right now and there are certain styles that are not even on the market or only have 1 or 2 listed. The average list to sale % was around 95%.
